



Hi! I am Tina Chambless and I have lost 50 lbs. in just a few weeks!
If you are looking at this, you are probably wondering if this program will
work for you. My response to you is, give it a try…it works! This is
not one of the programs we have all seen advertised that say "so & so"
lost 50 lbs and you can too in large print, with the small print stating “results
not typical.” I am one of four family members who have seen that the
results of this program are typical. I have never been a “dieter” and
thought I could control my weight by exercise alone. I became a gym addict,
and at first it worked, but my weight gradually crept up. The final straw
was a family photo for our church directory. I knew I had to do something
different.

I was hesitant about taking an appetite suppressant. I have a very low tolerance
for any type of medication and didn’t want to feel jittery all day.
I also didn’t see how I could continue my workouts on a calorie-restricted,
low-carb diet. The protein part of the diet wasn’t a problem, since
I prefer meat over vegetables any time. To make a long story short, the appetite
suppressants did not make me jittery, I began taking the multi-vitamins and,
following the Healthy Figures program, saw results every week. I have more
energy and feel better than I have in years. This program not only teaches
you what to eat, but as important, portion control. This has been the easiest
program I have ever attempted and I have no desire to return to my old eating
habits.
